Nora is a song and book writer for PROTEST a rock musical that  pays tribute to the Women Activists that have made a substantial impact on their communities, politics, and the world!

Nora Montañez Patterson Joins Playwrights' Center as Casting and Producing Associate. (edited: Nora has since moved from the Playwrights' Center.)

Nora is the Founder of the Alliance of Latine Minnesota Artists (ALMA), which facilitates alliances among the spectrum of Minnesotan Latine artists. 

Nora is a curriculum developer of  "Decolonizing the Artist and the American Theatre Cannon". Her workshops have been presented at organizations like St. Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists, The Guthrie Theater, Exposed Brick Theater and The Ordway Center for Performing Arts (The GreenRoom), where Nora is a part  of the Core Faculty
